Delete your Kinetik account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

In the app

• Open Kinetik and tap your profile picture at the top of any screen (or Passport → Edit profile).
• Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account.
• Confirm.

Your profile is hidden immediately and signing in again is blocked.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email dartboardt@gmail.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us your Kinetik handle) with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, profile photo, location, workouts, challenges, XP and league history, connections, chats and messages, and push tokens are permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.

What may be kept

Reports you filed about other users may be retained in anonymised form for safety records. Nothing else is retained.
