Kinetik Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kinetik ("Kinetik", "we", "us"). By using Kinetik you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Health and safety

Kinetik is a fitness game, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Exercise at your own risk; position your phone and yourself safely. Rep counts and form feedback are automated estimates and may be inaccurate.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person.

4. Fair play

Don't manipulate rep counting, fake workouts, use recordings or other people to log reps, exploit bugs, or intentionally underperform to manipulate leagues. We may remove XP, rankings or rewards and suspend accounts for cheating.

5. Community rules

Be respectful. Don't harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, solicit, share sexual content, hate speech, or anyone else's personal information. Meet people from the app at your own discretion, in public places. Report and block tools are available on every profile and message. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (photos, bio, messages). You grant Kinetik a licence to host, display and process it to operate the service. Profile photos are screened automatically and may be rejected.

7. Paid features

[If/when introduced: pricing, billing via App Store / Google Play, renewal and refund terms.]

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kinetik is not liable for injury, loss or damages arising from exercise, from interactions with other users, or from service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
